Does the price include towels and bedding?

Yes, we have taken care of that. You will find a good stock of clean towels and bedding.

Is smoking permitted in the apartment?

No, out of consideration for other guests smoking is NOT allowed in the apartment.

What ist he minimum stay?

There is a minimum stay of two nights.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

In general checking-in is possible between 3 p. m. and 9 p.m. These times have to do with the arrival and departure of guests leaving before or arriving after you. Sufficient time is also needed for cleaning and preparing the apartment for our guests. Other times may be arranged by prior agreement, circumstances permitting. However, if this will be possible in the case of your booking can only be confirmed at short notice before your arrival. In any case we will do our very best to have the apartment available for you as early as possible – especially if you plan to arrive here very early.

Conditions of payment

A deposit of 30 % of the total amount is required for a confirmed booking. If the apartment is available for the time indicated in your enquiry we will send you an invoice as PDF stating the deposit and banking arrangements. Please transfer the deposit within 3 days after receipt of invoice. Your booking is confirmed when the deposit has been credited to ouraccount. The outstanding balance may either be transferred later (preferably to be credited before your arrival) or paid in cash on your arrival.

When and where will you get your keys?

We will fix a precise time for handing over the keys and the apartment before your arrival. Should you unexpectedly not be able to keep the agreed time, please inform us as early as possible so that we can make arrangements accordingly. As a rule the keys are handed over in the apartment.

What happens in the case of a late arrival?

Please let us know the details and we will find a satisfactory solution.

Where can I park the car?

There is free public parking in the surrounding streets. Depending on the time of day it takes more or less luck to find an empty space straight away.

Do I have to put up bail?

Only fort he keys, as we trust you will handle the apartment with care. We expect, however, that you inform us in case of any damage. We will then check if resulting cost will have to be borne by you.
Should a damage in the apartment be detected of which we were not notified by you at the beginning of your stay, you will be charged with the cost.

Do I have to clean the apartment?

No. You will find the rooms carefully cleaned on your arrival and they will be cleaned after your departure. We trust, however, that you will leave them tidy and in good order and condition.
