Blankenburger Straße is located in the Peterswerder district of Bremen. It leads off Osterdeich (Eastern Dyke). Directly behind Osterdeich you enter the recreation area by the River Weser and the sports grounds of SV Werder Bremen.
In Peterswerder you will find many restaurants and shops which make it a nice and lively neighbourhood.
At the lower end of our street there ist the nearest tram stop. No 3 tram takes you right to the City Centre (direction: “Gröpelingen“) in only 11 minutes, and farther to the studios of Radio Bremen and the just recently developed “Überseestadt“ district. No 22 bus takes you to the university – the stop is only 300 meters from the apartment in Stader Straße.
